If you have ever gone on a holiday to a great location, but had a bad experience where you lodged,  you know that a grand holiday can be ruined by poor accommodations. Thankfully the hotels in Balearic Islands,  Spain will give you the best of both worlds!

On the far west end of the Mediterranean Sea, just off the coast, you will find the four Balearic Islands of Spain: Mallorca, Ibiza, Formentera, and Menorca. They enjoy 300 days of sunny weather each year and boast hundreds of kilometers of beautiful coastline for fun on the beach. The islands are rich in history, culture, and traditional celebrations take place regularly. While there are many hotels and resorts where you can stay, here are
a few of the favorite hot spots:

•In Mallorca you will find Ca’n Durai, a three bedroom villa conveniently located off the small road from Pollença to Port de Pollença. The town is just one kilometer away and the beaches of Cala Saint Vicença, and Port de Pollença are
easily reached by car.

•Ibiza offers The Hotel Presidente as a great family choice. It has great quality entertainment and a vast range of sports and activities, from badminton to a luxurious open-air spa. Soak up the scent of the pines that surrounds the hotel and
the lovely views of the cove below.
•
Formentera has the Hostal Sa Volta. This small family-run hotel is the ideal setting for a beach holiday. Located at the tourist heart of the island, the beach is only 150 meter stroll from the hotel. At the nearby seafront promenade, you will find shops, restaurants, and markets.
•
At Menorca you can stay at Hotel Geminis that is situated on a modern and quiet area. Next to the center of Ciutadella, it is just a few minutes from the harbor and has quick access to the beaches.

Of course this is just a small sampling of the many excellent hotels on the islands. There are also many other resorts, apartments, and homes available. There are many great places to stay, but wherever you choose to go, the hotels in Balearic Islands, Spain are sure to please you as much as the location itself.
